How It Works

Our products adopt advanced active infrared induction technology. The infrared sensor continuously emits infrared signals. When a user’s hand or body enters the sensing range, the infrared ray is reflected back to the receiver. The control circuit instantly identifies the signal and triggers the solenoid valve to open water flow or dispense soap. Once the user leaves the detection area, the reflected signal disappears, and the system automatically closes the valve to stop water or soap output. This Touch-free operation avoids direct hand contact with sanitary fixtures, effectively reducing cross-infection and saving water.

 

 

Common Troubleshooting Guide

  1. No response / Not sensing Check power supply first: replace battery or verify AC power connection. Confirm no dirt, water stains or obstructions covering the infrared sensor window. Avoid strong sunlight shining directly on the sensor lens.
  2. Continuous water running / Auto flushing nonstop Clean the sensor surface; accumulated water or debris may cause false triggering. Check if the sensing distance is improperly adjusted. Verify whether the solenoid valve is stuck by sediment.
  3. Slow response or intermittent sensing Insufficient power is the most common cause. Clean the sensor lens. Check if there are reflective objects close to the sensing zone.
  4. Water output weak Check inlet water pressure and water filter. Sediment in pipeline may block the valve inlet.
