Normally, the most common causes of leaking faucets—worn washers, loose O-rings, and corroded valve seats—can be easily detected and repaired with most faucet repair kits. Damaged or deteriorated faucet components are the leading cause of leaky bathroom, shower, and kitchen faucets, especially if you have older basin faucets in your home.

Today, we are going to introduce a special type of sensor faucet like below picture, it has rarely leaked water in so many years we selling.

Regarding the leaking faucet, maybe there are different reasons as we said above, like caused by worn or damaged gaskets or seals inside the faucet assembly that fail to create a watertight seal, allowing water to leak out. But the type we are going to tell today is just caused by incorrect installation.

For this type, one end of the hose connects with the spout, and the other end with a rotatable connector connects with the control box water outlet.

If the installer was not careful when he screwed the connector end of the hose into the control box water outlet, he grabs the entire hose instead of the rotatable connector to screw, which rotation may loosen the connection between the other end and the nozzle.

So for this kind of leaky touchless faucet, just follow below:
1. turn off the water supply
2. Turn on the faucet and leave it open to allow the remaining water in the line to empty into the sink.
3. Then just need to screw tight the connection between the hose end with the faucet spout.
